PREPARE YOUR CAREER BEFORE YOU MOVE
New country.
Same ambition.
Start preparing now.
This programme is for people who already have, or will soon have, the legal right to work in Canada, the UK or the US.
In 8 weeks, we help you navigate the job market, strengthen your applications and prepare for interviews, so you can land a professional job before you arrive or upon arrival.
See If You're a FitMost of your fee is paid AFTER you get a professional job offer.
Applications are now open for the next cohort. Places are limited to 6–8 professionals.
Pack your career plan too.
A guided system to help you navigate the job market and work towards landing a professional job before you arrive or as you settle in.
What the 8 weeks cover.
Career Direction
Most stalled searches are aimed at the wrong roles, or at the right roles one level too high. We map your experience against how Canada, the US and the UK actually hire, so you know which titles, levels and sectors your background converts in, and which ones are quietly costing you applications.
Proof of Work
Turn your existing experience into clear evidence employers understand, with project-based work where your target roles call for it.
Rapid-Fire Interview Drill
We coach your answers slowly first, sharpening your examples, structure and delivery. Then the pressure goes up: 20 rapid-fire questions tailored to the actual role you're interviewing for, with immediate feedback.
CV, Positioning & AI
Present your experience around the value employers are actually looking for. You'll also learn to use AI properly: most CVs now read like AI wrote them, and recruiters can tell. We teach you to use it as an editor, not an author, so your real experience and your own voice survive the rewrite.
LinkedIn & Networking
Build a LinkedIn profile that holds up to a recruiter's scan, and approach the right people with purpose.
The Application Loop
Targeted Applications, Reviewed Weekly
From Week 1, you're applying to the roles we mapped together, not waiting until the coaching ends. Every week we review what went out and what came back, then sharpen your targeting and approach, so each round works harder than the last.
And the 8 weeks aren't where it ends.
Every participant gets 90 days of support from the day the offer lands, covering the offer itself, your first 30 days, and clearing probation.
You start applying in Week 1. Interviews can come at any point in the 8 weeks, not just at the end.
Two live sessions each week. Days are set per cohort around participant availability, usually both on the weekend, or one weekday and one weekend day. Where relevant to the cohort, we bring in subject matter experts from your field.
The Z-Loop turns effort into progress.
Most people repeat effort.
We repeat improvement.

Dr Ade Chinedu Adesina
Career Strategist
Ade has spent his career fixing broken processes inside large organizations, from his time as a Recruitment Inclusion Specialist and a Band 8 Senior Manager in the NHS (National Health Service), England, to now working within Canada’s public sector. He brings that same approach to a stalled job search: understanding what is going wrong and improving the process. .
He has also served on hiring panels across the UK, US and Canada, spanning public and private sectors. This has given him first-hand insight into how candidates perform across multiple interview stages and what employers look for when hiring for mid-level, senior and management roles.
Professionals we have supported.
Zadesta has supported professionals who now work across management, policy, technology, data, healthcare, and business roles in the UK, Canada and the US.

We don't stop at the offer letter.
Getting hired is the hard part. Staying, settling in and being taken seriously is the part nobody prepares you for. Every participant gets 90 days of support from the day the offer lands, not from the day the programme ends.
Handling the offer
Reviewing what you have been offered, negotiating properly, and deciding well when there is more than one option on the table.
Your first 30 days
Landing well in a new environment, building the right relationships early, and understanding what your manager is actually measuring.
Your first 90 days
Clearing probation with confidence, showing early value, and setting up the next step rather than settling into the first one.
Three guided sessions across your first 90 days in the new role.
