Zadesta Career Crucible Terms And Conditions Of Service
Zadesta Career Crucible (ZCC)
Terms and Conditions of Service
Effective Date: May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Zadesta Career Crucible (“ZCC”), operated by Zadesta Pathways (“Zadesta”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in the program, participants (“you”, “participant”, or “client”) agree to the terms below.

1. Program Nature
Zadesta Career Crucible is a guided career acceleration system designed to support professionals pursuing stronger positioning, interviews, and career advancement across the Canada, US, and UK job markets.
ZCC is not a job placement agency, recruitment service, university program, or guarantee of employment. Outcomes depend heavily on participant execution, consistency, responsiveness, and market conditions.

2. Participation Commitment
By joining ZCC, you acknowledge that:
• You are voluntarily enrolling in an intensive 8-week guided execution program.
• You are committing to invest a minimum of 15 hours per week throughout the duration of the program.
• You understand that progress inside the program depends significantly on your active participation and execution.
• You are expected to attend scheduled live sessions, complete assigned tasks, apply feedback, and participate professionally.
Participants who repeatedly fail to engage, attend sessions, or complete execution activities may receive reduced support priority or removal from the cohort where necessary to protect cohort quality.

3. Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and constructive conduct throughout the program.
The following behaviors may result in immediate removal without refund:
• Harassment or abusive conduct
• Disruptive behavior during sessions
• Hate speech or discriminatory behavior
• Repeated disrespect toward facilitators or participants
• Sharing confidential cohort information publicly without authorization
• Misrepresentation of identity or experience

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Participants understand and agree that:
• Any frameworks, systems, templates, documents, recordings, presentations, or materials provided by Zadesta remain the intellectual property of Zadesta.
• Program materials may not be resold, redistributed, copied publicly, or republished without written permission.
Additionally:
• Any work, submissions, exercises, deliverables, projects, mock interview recordings, written responses, session interactions, or materials created for, submitted to, or performed within Zadesta Career Crucible may be retained and used by Zadesta for legitimate business purposes.
• Legitimate purposes may include training, education, quality improvement, research, internal review, testimonials, anonymized examples, advertising, marketing, social proof, promotional campaigns, webinar materials, and future program improvement.
Where reasonable, personally sensitive information may be anonymized before public use.

5. Testimonials and Feedback
By submitting feedback, testimonials, comments, survey responses, or reviews regarding ZCC, you grant Zadesta permission to:
• Quote or reproduce such feedback
• Edit lightly for grammar or formatting clarity
• Use excerpts in marketing, advertising, presentations, webinars, social media, or promotional materials
Zadesta will not intentionally misrepresent participant statements.

6. Refund Policy
ZCC is a limited-capacity execution-based cohort program.
Because seats are reserved in advance and cohort quality depends on controlled participation size, refunds are handled under the following policy:
Before Program Start
• Participants may request a refund within 48 hours of payment if the program has not yet started.
• Approved refunds before program commencement may be subject to processing or administrative deductions.
After Program Start
Once the cohort officially begins:
• Refunds are generally not guaranteed.
• Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations at Zadesta’s discretion.
• Refund decisions may consider attendance history, completed participation, consumed resources, session access, and overall engagement.
Removal from Program
Participants removed due to misconduct, repeated disruption, abuse, or serious violation of these terms are not eligible for refunds.

7. Scheduling and Program Changes
Zadesta reserves the right to:
• Adjust session timing where necessary
• Modify program structure or materials
• Change facilitators or session formats
• Reschedule sessions due to operational or emergency circumstances
Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate important changes in advance.

8. Confidentiality
Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of fellow cohort members.
Confidential personal information shared by participants during sessions should not be publicly distributed without consent.
However, Zadesta cannot guarantee complete confidentiality in live group environments.

9. Limitation of Liability
Zadesta shall not be liable for:
• Employment decisions made by third parties
• Visa or immigration outcomes
• Salary outcomes
• Interview outcomes
• Market changes
• Technical interruptions outside reasonable control
• Personal financial decisions made by participants
Participation in the program is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion.

10. Communication Consent
By registering for ZCC, you agree that Zadesta may contact you regarding:
• Program communication
• Session reminders
• Important updates
• Feedback requests
• Related professional opportunities or future program offerings
Participants may opt out of non-essential communication where applicable.

11. Governing Principle
The goal of Zadesta Career Crucible is to create a serious, execution-oriented environment focused on measurable career progress.
All policies are intended to protect cohort quality, participant commitment, and the integrity of the program.
