Terms of use

Who we are

Zadesta Studio (“Studio”) is run by ZADESTA LTD, a company registered in Ontario, Canada. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean ZADESTA LTD, and “you” means the person using Studio. You can reach us at [email protected].

What Studio does

Studio helps you plan, write, edit, approve, schedule and publish posts to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and shows how your posts and ads perform. It can turn a link to another post into ideas and drafts of your own, add watermarks and music, cover parts of pictures and videos, and suggest ways to improve.

Who can use Studio

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. If you use Studio for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Your workspaces and team

Each business gets its own workspace. The owner of a workspace decides who else can see it and what they can do. Anyone you invite must follow these terms too. You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces.

Your content stays yours

You own the posts, pictures, videos, music you upload, ideas and other content you put into Studio. You let us store, copy, change the size or format of, and send your content only so Studio can do what you ask, such as publishing a post or making a preview. We do not use your content to advertise and we do not sell it.

Content you post

Only use content you have the right to use. That includes pictures, video, music, logos and other people’s faces or words. When Studio reads another post to find its idea, it writes something new; you must still check that your post is original and does not copy anyone. Do not use Studio to post anything that is illegal, hateful, misleading, or that breaks the rules of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn.

Drafts written by AI

Some drafts, captions, scripts and tips are written with the help of AI services (Anthropic’s Claude and Google’s Gemini). They can be wrong or sound unlike you. Read and edit every draft before you approve it. Studio never publishes anything until someone in your workspace approves it.

Social media accounts

When you connect a social media account, you let Studio post and read results on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time in Studio or in the platform’s own settings. Each platform has its own rules and may change what Studio can do. We can’t promise a post will be accepted, reach a certain number of people, or bring you customers.

Paid services and fees

Studio is in an early release for invited people. If we start charging, we will tell you the price before you pay anything, and you can choose not to continue. Some outside services you connect (for example Google’s AI tools) may charge you directly under their own terms.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of Studio, or use it to send spam. We may pause or close an account that puts other people, the platforms or Studio at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Studio running well, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data or a post that a platform removes or does not show. If we are responsible for a loss, the most we will pay is what you paid us for Studio in the 12 months before. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.

Ending

You can stop using Studio and ask us to close your account at any time. When an account closes, we delete its workspaces as set out in the Privacy notice. Download anything you want to keep first.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will show the new version in Studio and ask you to accept it before you carry on.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights your own country gives you.
