Who looks after your information

ZADESTA LTD, Ontario, Canada, is responsible for the information in Zadesta Studio. Write to [email protected] with any question or request.

What we keep

• Your account: your name, email address, sign-in details and the date you accepted these terms.
• Your workspaces: each business’s name, brand voice, audience, products and settings.
• Your content: posts, captions, pictures, videos, music you upload, saved inspiration links and what Studio read from them, and covered or watermarked copies.
• Social connections: the keys the platforms give Studio to post for you. These are stored scrambled (encrypted).
• Results: reach, views, likes, comments, shares and saves for your posts, and ad results if you connect ad accounts.
• Visits from your links: how many times each tagged link was opened each day. We do not record who opened it.
• Waitlist: your name, email, country, business name and the consent you gave.

Why we keep it

To run Studio for you: to publish and schedule posts, show results, write drafts and keep your account safe. We also use it to answer you when you write to us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn: to publish your posts, read their results and, if you switch it on, send thank-you messages.
• Google: Gemini reads links, screenshots and recordings you add to the Inspiration box and can write drafts and video ideas; Google Ads sends ad results if you connect it.
• Anthropic (Claude): writes drafts from your ideas, if it is switched on for your workspace.
• Openverse: to search for free music. Only your search words are sent.
• Our web host: stores Studio and its information.

These services may store information in Canada, the United States or other countries. Their own privacy notices apply to what they keep.

Cookies and storage

Studio uses only what it needs to keep you signed in and secure, plus your browser’s own storage for small preferences. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, and the public Studio pages use fonts already on your device.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you close your account or a workspace, we delete its information within 30 days, and it leaves our backups within 90 days. Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, download, correct or delete your information, and you can disconnect any social account at any time. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails with the link in every email. Depending on where you live (for example under Canada’s PIPEDA, the UK GDPR or Nigeria’s Data Protection Act), you may also be able to object to how we use your information or complain to your privacy regulator. We will answer within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

Social connection keys are encrypted, Studio only works over a secure connection, and each workspace can only be seen by the people its owner invites.

Children

Studio is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will show the new version in Studio and ask you to accept it before you carry on.
